Our story
The company was founded in 2015 by close friends who are highly successful and trusted property entrepreneurs with over 20 years experience between them. LCD incorporate these abilities now with the best and a wide range of contractors, having built this business from the ground up each individual property is developed with the utmost sustainability to our always changing environment giving customers comfortable and functional living and working arrangements.

Quay House
In partnership with firethorn trust , we have replaced the existing three storey office with 500 bedroom 279 serviced apartments and dockside leisure activities.
Kensington Forum
In collaboration with our partners queensgate investments , we are progressing plans to redevelop the existing holiday inn at gloucester road
Westferry
We are delivering a 30-storey building , which will include a 400 work offices alongside 66 newly crafted home, construction will start september 2024.
Charlton Riverside
We are bringing forward proposals for 22 acres within the charlton riverside opportunity area.
Kidbrooke Village
